In addition, you will include an analysis of how professional ethics can affect this topic. This section needs to reflect ethical decision making that an early childhood professional would need to use based on the chosen topic. The NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment is a document that outlines how early childhood providers can ensure that their work with children and families is always based on ethical practices. You will use this resource to discuss how the decision making with your topic is based on ethical practice guidelines.
