In this assignment you will have the opportunity to reflect on your wellness, identify personal self-care goals, plan strategies for working on your goals and refer to relevant literature.

In your self-care plan you will identify 4 self care goals for looking after yourself.

You will describe the following:

- how each goal is important for your wellness and the reasons why you want to work on each goal (2 points per goal)

- your plans, strategies and tools for working on each goal (2 points per goal)

You may find the Self-Care Assessment worksheet a helpful start to this assignment. It can found in the first topic under Topic A: Self-care.

Each goal requires 2 references to relevant literature. One reference will be a scholarly journal article. Each goal will need two references that are not replicated (in other goals). Eight references in total will be referred to in your plan. These sources can address why a goal is important, what are the benefits of working on a goal, or strategies you can use. (2 points per goal)
