Scenario

During circle time as you are going over the calendar and counting the days in the month you noticed that five of your children need your attention as they are busy doing other things instead of counting along with the other children. One child has a diagnosis of ADHD, one child is playing with another child's shoelace, one child is turning around looking at the books on the shelf behind him, and the other two children are poking each other and giggling.
