This may be a bit to ask but I was conducting some Field Interviews regarding Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), (OLHS-115) and was hoping to get your profession experience or somewhat close to it to provide experiences towards these following questions:

Have you worked in a humanistic organization as well as a non-humanistic organization? What was the difference?
