Part II: Organizational structure
Obtain the organization chart (concept map) of the organizational structure of a hospital or nursing department (preferably from the institution where you will carry out your internship, but it is not mandatory). This organizational chart must include: the relationships between job positions and roles within the organization, leadership figure, departments, and connecting lines of communication (preferably, but not mandatory, from the institution where you will carry out your internship). Then do the following:

Paste the flowchart to your assignment or include it as an attachment.
Write a 10-sentence paragraph describing the organization chart in chronological order, highlighting the lines of communication from highest to lowest. Mention the ways in which work is divided and coordinated among members and the relationships, roles, and work groups that are shared as a team.
