When we do that, however, it is often hard to identify a problem as a public problem due to different political ideologies among different people. Please explain how political ideology plays a major role in identifying a problem as a public problem in terms of the public policy as an appropriate government action.

3. Why do you think it is important for a president to appoint like minded justices to the Supreme Court?

4. Please identify at least two differences between political parties and interest groups in the U.S. politics and briefly explain them.

5. Please describe what makes contributory social policy is more popular among American public tha non contributory policy. When you do that, please identify a key difference between them.
