- Who works for this organization? Who is the target audience? (students, citizens, fans, customers, social media users, etc.)
- How does the organization represent climate change? (advertisements, social media, petition campaigns, art works, policy papers, political communication, etc.)
Part II. Research and Analysis
Identify an example of how this organization represents climate action. Subject the example to critical analysis, drawing on at least one relevant course concept and one academic source from your own research. Limit this analysis to two pages and consider the following questions:
- What meaning is communicated by the chosen example? Does this message effectively represent climate action? Explain why or why not.
- What tactics has the organization used to help spread this message?
- How does scholarly research support your analysis of this communication strategy?
