Instructions: Please think about a health issue that affects your family or you.

Cerebral Thrombosis,- The project is taking a family problem issue so my dad suffer 3 strokes which ended turning into a cerebral thrombosis this coming June is going to be 3 years. He lost partially his left lateral vision and his body part of the right arm and leg. He was in the hospital for 2 months. He is doing Fien now, but has to visit the doctor constantly to prevent any unexpected stroke.

Here are some ideas:

1) Does someone in your family have a health issue that you are worried about developing at some point in your life, such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, mental health issues, addiction, etc?

2) Does stress impact your life in anyway? Stress can be caused by work, school, friends, family, where you live, how safe you feel, etc.

3) How does the environments affect your health? Again, where you live, work, who you hang out with, etc.

The idea of this paper is to take an issue that impacts your health in some way and research ways to reduce risks or improve your health. Since almost everything you do impacts your health, the choices for the paper topic are endless. You can submit your topic to me in advance, so if I have any concerns about your topic, we can discuss them before you write your paper.

The most important thing to remember is that the focus of this paper should be about you - not a general research paper.

Please find 3 references other than your text CITE them and include a bibliography. (750 words minimum). Please note your text cannot be one of your required sources.
