Question: Introduce your topic by defining federalism and describing the problems with marijuana policy and the confusion with the federal and state policies. Federalism is a system of government that is controlled by 2 levels of government, the smaller regional government is the States. You may be wondering how federalism correlates to the marijuana law at hand, but it plays a significant role in the law itself. To make the law we need to see how the national and state government can collaborate to make the law. Cannabis has been in plenty of disagreements about whether it should be illegal or legal. How should the national and state governments work together to make marijuana policy?
