The global corporation group one will research is XPO Logistics. This company possesses ISO 14001:2015, so it was certified in the last 20 years. This ISO certification specializes in environmental management systems. It is a standard established the International Organization of Standardization, hence ISO. Keep in mind, it is not formulated by XPO Logistics, but a system that XPO Logistics adheres to.

This group will perform extensive and intensive research of the corporation by following the required topics for the assignment. After completion of the project, readers and researchers will have a thorough understanding of the strategic planning, quality management, and sustainability of XPO Logistics in the last 20 years.

1. How does the organization accomplish work? Are they union/non-union? Do they work in teams? Are they a matrix organization?
