Question: How does meditation at the beginning of class affect the focus of college students for the duration of the class?

The "who" in this study would be college students.

We would be conducting a brief meditation practice at the beginning of the class for 5 minutes. This study would measure if there is a relationship between meditation at the beginning of class and the concentration college students have for the duration of the class.
