This assignment asks you to look at contraception options, understand how they work, and consider the risks and benefits. Being an educated consumer of the many options available better positions each person to make informed choices that consider physical and mental well-being, family planning goals,economic constraints, and social and spiritual beliefs.

Instructions:

Step 1: Research one method of contraception (birth control).

Use credibleinformation from the notes, text, Internet or Library resources to further investigate this method of contraception.

Step 2: List a minimum of 2 credible ( high quality, reliable) reference sources. Wikipedia is not considered a credible source for academic work.
