Question: Using Yahoo! Finance, find the price-to-earnings (P/E) and price-to-book (P/B) ratios for Microsoft (ticker: MSFT), Micron (ticker: MU), Apple (ticker: AAPL) and Cisco (ticker: CSCO). These can be found on the Statistics tab in Yahoo! Finance. If there
are multiple P/E ratios reported, you should use the trailing P/E ratio.

(a) Calculate the industry average for each ratio based on the four companies above.

(b) Find the earnings-per-share (EPS) and book value per share of Intel (ticker:INTC). Estimate Intel's price per share using the P/E ratio and the P/B ratio ofits industry as defined above.

(c) How does Intel's current price compare to the estimates of its price in part (b)?Explain why the current price is either the same as or different than your estimates.
