This assignment is my my class Organizational Development - A Human Resources Management course.

I am doing a literature review on Innovation and creativity and below I have included my objective and potential benefits that I had done for my research and discussion statement.

Looking carefully at my objective and potential benefits, I need you to conduct a comprehensive literature review and aim to complete what the objective asks for along with the potential benefits. Further with this research, I need you to discuss the value added from this etc. Since this is a literature review, there needs to be in text citations APA. (scholarly, journal articles, peer reviewed, etc.). Also, include a conclusion.

Step one - include and Introduction: explain what the topic is (innovation and creativity) and the focus of the literature review. You will give a forecast of key topics or texts that will come up in the review and describe how you found the sources and how you analyze them for inclusion or discussion and how they added value to the paper. this will be the introduction

Step two: The body of the literature review - this is where you summarize and synthesize - not just paraphrasing, you are making analysis based on what you researched, you are evaluating - so mentioning the strengths and weaknesses of your sources and then concluding.

Objective:

The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between innovation, creativity, and organizational performance. How encouraging an innovation culture and encouraging creative thinking inside organizations might improve their general performance. By conducting a comprehensive literature review, this research aims to identify the key factors that contribute to fostering innovation and creativity within organizations. Additionally, it seeks to understand the mechanisms through which innovation and creativity translate into tangible outcomes, such as improved productivity, increased profitability, and enhanced competitive advantage.

Additionally, in order to pinpoint their precise contributions to organizational success, the research will look into the numerous facets of innovation and creativity, including individual-level creativity, team-based innovation, and organizational innovation strategies.

The following inquiries will be the main focus of the study:

  • How does innovation impact the performance of an organization?
  • How does creativity impact the effectiveness of an organization?
  • What are the elements that encourage creativity and innovation in organizations?

Potential Benefits:

The results of this research might be very advantageous. First of all, organizations will be given invaluable insights to help them reshape their plans and practices by developing a greater knowledge of the relationship between innovation, creativity, and organizational success. This study will provide actionable advice on how to encourage innovation and creativity inside organizations, giving them a competitive advantage and achieving sustainable growth.

The results of this study may be useful to organizations in a variety of ways. For instance, the study may assist organizations in:
