They suggest that there are 11 curative therapeutic factors in the therapeutic process that a group therapist ought to consider in order to facilitate change. Although these essential therapeutic factors have no clear lines of delineation-indeed, they are interdependent- it is important to gain a firm understanding of these essential factors that you will likely want to employ in your work as a group therapist.
