Today, we are finally in a place where the predominate generation is seeking employment, and they are expecting and even demanding engagement in the workplace. To attract and retain employees today and create a pathway presented in the GALLUP model, employees have to be engaged from initial interview, through on-boarding, and during development and performance in one or more roles.
