1) How does an organization, with a strong quality culture, link customer requirements with all functions and departments? The idea is that every department and function in a company has a customer or many customers. Do you know who your customers are for the role you perform? If yes, how do you ensure customer satisfaction?

2) You are a quality manager of a small but growing molding plant. You have just received the third complaint in as many weeks from your largest customer regarding the dilbertducts you supply. They are missing the most important component of this assembly, the calvinator. Supplying dilbertducts is a very competitive market, and your customer is threatening to find another supplier. Installing calvinators is tedious, and it is very obvious when they are missing. You are directed by the vice president/general manager to resolve this customer issue immediately. How do you address this quality problem and regain your customer's satisfaction?
