We investigated the ethics theories that create the foundation for our discussions in these first two modules. In addition, we explored our personal values and the impact these can have on conflicts and decision making. Ethical dilemmas require a mindful approach to reasoning. As discussed by Lampe and Engleman-Lampe (2012), "ethical intention manifests into ethical action through mindfully living each moment.".

To prepare for your discussion, please study the following article for a full understanding of mindfulness.
