How do you work with others online? Do you share documents? Meet virtually? Describe your experiences in collaborating both in and outside of class. When I'm at work, we participate in online Zoom Meetings three times per day. We meet virtually since we have four sites that are collaborating together on our daily workloads for our campus. We share documents such as KPI Reports, Performance Metrics, and Workflow Plans that help us meet our goals and customer demand on a daily basis. The experiences are great when collaborating with other sites. It helps us by reducing travel time, which we get to spend onsite without teams. Being able to collaborate with our team from various sites keeps us well-informed and in touch with what's going on with other sites. I find it useful that we can reach out to our colleagues at any time virtually and have face-to-face versus in-person or phone call meetings. It makes the experience more intimate and engaging. What tools do you use to collaborate and share ideas, materials, or documents online? What do you like and not like about them? The tool that we use the most is PowerPoint to present our KPI and Performance.
