1. Your plan of action. How do you want to use this money to help others? Make sure your plan is reasonable given how much money is involved here. You don't have to fix the entire world. Just think about how that money could be put to good use. Keep the project something that you could practically do with $200.00.

2. Who is your target? Who do you plan to assist with this money? How many people?

3. What procedure are you going to implement to give the proceeds away?

4. How do you plan to prove to me at the end of the year that the money was used to benefit your community? What evidence will you show me?

Remember, I am a business person too, and I am a lawyer. So whatever method you come up with for proof has to be verifiable by me in some way. (By the way, this is how grants work. The people giving away money always have audits so that there is backup for how the money was actually used.)

(For instance, sometimes the organization giving a grant requires the recipients of the proceeds to sign an acknowledgment of what was received. All contact information has to be verifiable. You might make a video of what you are doing, along with providing receipts. Etc. Just think about how you will show the money benefited others)

5. Why should I give you this money? Sell me on the idea! This is your last chance to convince me of your idea. Why is this money really needed? Explain to me the benefit gained for others in your community.
