Assignment:

Based on the video and material presented in this module, to include your textbook, address each of the following questions. Organize your response in a numerical order as follows:

Which dimension of health is most prominent/important in your life? Why? With which are you least concerned? Why?
How do you view these dimensions as being inter-related? Give a specific example. What could you do in order to better incorporate all components into your life?
Provide an example of a health disparity in your community or on campus as it relates to gender or race. Provide at least one equitable change you would do to address this if you were the college president, community leader, or elected official.
State a health-related behavior you would like to change and which Dimension of Health does this support, which stage of change would you describe yourself (Recall the Transtheoretical Model). Explain the influences of this behavior that support or impede healthy change. In Module 10 you will have the opportunity to examine your behavior change in specificity to include providing a journal and reflection. It is a good idea to chose something you really want to address now.
Embed a picture of yourself incorporating any Dimension of Health. Be creative and have fun. Provide a brief explanation of what you are doing and which dimension of health this supports.
