The Case of the Unlucky Couple

After going to a movie, Lonnie and Melissa decide to park in the empty lot behind a school. As they talk, listen to music, and just hang out, they hear the sound of breaking glass. Lonnie goes to investigate and observes two men loading electronic equipment out of a school window into a pickup truck. Deciding that the men are burglars, Lonnie runs back to his car and tells Melissa that they are leaving.

Unknown to Lonnie and Melissa, a silent burglar alarm was activated and the police are on the way. As Lonnie and Melissa pull out of the parking lot, Officer Vicki Ramos is the first arriving police car on scene. She arrives just in time to see Lonnie and Melissa speeding out of the parking lot.
