An international company, employing close to 400 people has decided recently to employ an ex- Google wonder child of the new technologies as its Chief of Digitalisation, making the old Chief Information Officer, holding his post for 8 years, report to him. The new Chief of Digitalisation has started a company-wide audit of IT and Communications. Soon, the whole organisation has started to repeat a gossip that the newly launched intranet is outdated and so are all systems at the company (even if they were widely concerned as pretty modern and advanced if compared to big non-tech corporations).
