I found your discussion post to be very interesting and informative. The part of your post that says," It has been instructed that strong motivation is a driving force for achieving the best possible performance, and that the entire sets of values held by younger generations have undergone a transformation", really caught my attention. What are some of these factors that younger people have to find motivation? Are we making all of this over complicating, as with just about everything else?
