Question: One of the duties of employee toward employer is obedient, that is, to obey and follow the instructions or orders of employer. While some argue that this duty is absolute where the employee cannot question the orders given to him/her but to fulfil it, some say they should have certain limit when the employee can forgo the orders if they are against the law. Regarding this matter, what would be your preference? How do you see the legal duty of employee to obey and employee's ethical duty to obey? Give the reasons for your arguments.
