Question II: Reflect on the most important thing you learned about strategic management (500 words minimum). Your reflection report should focus on the following questions:
1. What was the one most useful or meaningful thing you learned about strategy?
2. Describe something major that you've learned about how to evaluate a firm's ability to succeed.
3. What advice would you impart based on your new knowledge of strategic management.
4. The final sentence of your "Question II" should be a reflective observation statement where you ‘reflect' on your ‘learning' by completing the following sentence: "Overall, when I look back on MGT 499 I have learned ...." (fill in the blank). To help, I have started the reflective observation statement for you ("Overall, when I look back on MGT 499 I have learned ..."), and your job is to finish it. When finishing this statement, consider what you have learned when you ‘boil down' or summarize your learning. There is no ‘wrong' or ‘right' reflective observation statement as this sentence will reveal your individualized learning experience.
