Consider the introductory information in Chapter 1 from the first week of class and use one of the exemplars from Chapters 14, 15, or 16 to write a two-paragraph position/job description for a specific leadership position in your organization and present it in the discussion board. In other words, the leadership description should include leadership terms and concepts from the textbook and include concepts and ideas from the reading assignment this week.
