Use the project milestones completed thus far to develop a performance management strategy that would be appropriate to use with your employee. You must address/make the following:

How do you plan to evaluate the employee's performance? (i.e., annual performance appraisal tool with formal in-person review meeting)

Consider providing feedback to the employee. Given their profile (particularly their skills and preference for how to be managed), how would you communicate positive feedback to the employee? Conversely, how would you provide negative (or constructive) feedback to the employee?

Make a sample of the tool and/or form you would use to have a conversation with the employee about his/her performance. (i.e., sample performance appraisal tool).
