1. Some consumers force themselves to save money by depositing a portion of their paycheck into a savings account. They deposit the remainder into a checking account and then only spend the money in the checking account.

Others motivate themselves to save by creating a special account that will have an intended purpose for the future, such as a vacation. They may be much more willing to save if they have a specified future reward as a result of their saving behavior. How do you motivate yourself to save?
