Case Study: WAREHOUSE LTD is a Chinese company that owns a complex of storage facilities 50km outside the city of Athens. The company has run into financial distress because its
complex has not been leased for more than 2 years. The company has recently renovated its warehouse spaces and offers for rent, 8 warehouses of 500 square meters surface
each. The monthly rent is 800 euros for each warehouse. WAREHOUSE LTD also offers loading services for a fixed fee of 1500 euros per month.
You are the CEO of COMMERCE SA and you urgently need to find a new warehouse facility because you are expecting delivery of a high-volume order from Germany by the
end of this month and your current storage space is not appropriate. In case you do not any available have storage space, you will have to rent a storage facility at the port of
Peiraeus for a price of 5 euros per square meter. You have visited the warehouses and found out that they suit perfectly to your needs, but you cannot pay more that 600 euros
for each warehouse. You need to rent 5 out of the 8 warehouses and probably all of them in the future, depending on the volume of imports of your company from Germany. Also
you cannot pay more than 1000 euros per month for the loading services.

Question: Suppose you face a deadlock at some point of the negotiation. Give an example. How do you handle it? Justify you position.
