This is remarkable for a retail company that sells containers rom very small to very large for organizing your home or workplace. The Container Store's hiring philosophy is quite simple. They believe that one great employee is worth three good employees and one good employee is worth three average employees. Thus, one great employee is worth nine average employees! As a result they are willing to pay a premium (100 - 150% above market) to get the best employees. My questions to you are as follows:
