I need to choose a real health care organization to study and prepare an Interview with 1 key leader who is involved in the organization's health care delivery. Based on questions asked and answers given, the report will summarize the questions and answers and then present detailed information evaluating the following:

• Interdepartmental interaction, communications, team building activities and conflict resolution techniques, ethics and workplace diversity programming, proposed operational changes, and how these changes may impact operations and budgets

Interview

1- Hello Sir. Before starting the interview, would you mind introducing yourself?

2- If you would have to present your organization, what could you tell us?

3- We know communication is an important factor to any organization' success, what have you implemented to promote interaction within one department and between different departments? Is the interaction effective or do you think improvements are needed?

4- Within any organization, employees are from different backgrounds, have their own way of thinking, of dealing with situations. Conflict is a common thing. Do you have a system in place to deal and resolve conflict?

5- "Ethics" is an up-to-date subject. HIPAA, diversity programs, patients 'protection, EHR, minority programs, equal employment opportunity, fraud are all crucial matters to take into consideration as a leader. How do you cope with "Ethics" within your organization?

6- Now that we have a general view of your organization and its functioning, are there changes that you, as a leader, would suggest to improve the overall operating?

7- What would be the consequences of these improvements on the budget and the operations?
