1) How do we optimize our holistic health? As indicated the World Health Organization gives us a hint with its definition of health as a "state of complete physical, mental, and social well being". In the discussion exercise, we focused on some of the health optimizing strategies that relate to creating this optimal state of complete holistic health

2) Review and reflect on one significant other relationship that you were able to transform stage II to stage III. Are some of the forgiveness strategies suggested by Dr. Luskin helpful in this reflective process. Which one or ones in particular? Have there been times where you have forgiven someone, but they did not forgive in return? In that scenario, were you able to move forward with your relationship or did it stagnate? Remember no names only relationships. Forgiveness can improve mental, physical, spiritual and relationship health.
