Question 1. What does the Charter protect when in comes to Religious beliefs in this country? Given its established protectionist view (allegedly), do honour killings have a place in protected society; specifically in Canada.

a. In your analysis discuss how and when religion and cultural practices should be placed at the Canadian door. Question is. Should they? If not, then how do we establish the rules of the game.
