My research focused on nursing staff teamwork and job satisfaction. My question is "How do teamwork influences nurses position and job satisfaction". From my experience as a new grad nurse with no experience, my team has been a great influence on me staying in my current position. When working as a team, you feel at ease, perform better and most likely not experience burn out. As we all know that the job can sometimes be stressful, but working with a great team is very helpful. Hospitals should emphasized on working as a team because nurses mental health and patient safety is very important. I choose this question because I will like to hear from fellow nurses how the team they work with has impacted their decision to stay or leave their position. My personal experience influences this question and I also use resources online.
