How do racism and sexism converge in seeking justice for rape as well as levying claims of rape according to Brown miller?

How does Brown miller make the case that rape is about power? Provide some reasoning for if you think this is the right way to frame rape and sexual violence. If we think rape is "a crime of passion" how does that guarantee the rights of the rapist and deny the rights of the survivor?

When we re-frame rape as a violence enacted through power, what does that offer us as feminists?
