Different stressors require different coping methods. You will be looking at the psychological, social, and biological resources used to cope with stress.

1. How do psychological resources help to eliminate stress? How do problem-solving skills and emotions play into these psychological resources?

2. Social resources are very easy for people to obtain to decrease stress. What are social resources? If you had a client that asks for guidance in social resources to help them to cope, what would you recommend they try? What is the reason these resources would work? What is the reason the resources might not work?

However, if you are unable to attend you have the opportunity to make up the points by listening to the Seminar archive and writing a paper summarizing the Seminar. You should create your paper in Microsoft Word and your work should be formatted in APA style. Your paper should be composed in complete sentences and paragraphs and be at least 500 words in length. You should submit your work to the Unit 6: Seminar Dropbox by the end of the unit.
