A 72-year old man with a long history of chest pain, 4 prior myocardial infarctions, and previous CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) surgery has been having "racing heart with chest pain radiating to his neck and arm, shortness of breath, and dizziness". The patient is scheduled for a cardiac catheterization.
