Assignment:

Respond to peer providing insight and feedback The most appropriate design would be a qualitative descriptive design. In descriptive designs, individuals can describe their experiences as they naturally happened. The experiences are not manipulated or changed. Instead, the designs focus on the details of the events that influenced the individual's lived experiences (Jarva et al., 2022). These research designs allow for flexibility within the research and don't confine it to a single idea or thought.

How college students describe the influence of physical activity on their life satisfaction is unknown.

Q1: How do college students describe the influence of physical activity on their life satisfaction?

Q2: How do college students describe their physical activity?

Q3: How do college students describe their life satisfaction?

Three research questions seemed appropriate for this study to capture all of the ideas within the problem statement. It is also founded on the participants' lived experiences, allowing for a holistic idea of the experiences under investigation (Pressman, 2022). This design has advantages for the researchers and their ability to apply their findings.
