B. Discuss the four Is of transformational leadership:

b. Intellectual Stimulation
c. Inspirational Motivation
d. Idealized Influence

C. Compare and contrast transformational leaders and managers.

D. Describe how the DNP transformational leader utilizes communication and collaboration skills to promote organizational change.

E. Identify how the DNP transformational leader can support and sustain relationships for practice change.

F. Explain how the DNP transformational leader guides, mentors, and supports other nurses to achieve excellence in nursing practice to improve patient and population outcomes.

G. The scholarly paper should be in narrative format, 4 to 6 pages excluding the title and reference page. paragraph, purpose statement, and a conclusion.

H. Include an introductory paragraph, purpose statement, and a conclusion.

I. Include level 1 and 2 headings to organize the paper.

J. Write the paper in third person, not first person (meaning do not use ‘we' or ‘I') and in a scholarly manner. To clarify: I, we, you, me, our may not be used. In addition, describing yourself as the researcher or the author should not be used.

K. Include a minimum of five professional peer-reviewed scholarly journal references to support the paper (review in Ulrich Periodical Directory) and be less than five years old.
