Weight: 110lbs or 50kg

Purposeful physical activity (training) including type, intensity, frequency, and duration of the activity that involves the highest energy expenditure for your subject.

Carbohydrate Recommendations: The range that I wanted to stay between was 400g-600g a day based on her weight. I feel I achieved this goal.

Trail running: High-intensity, 1-7 hour, 3 days/w (MTWTH)

Interval training: 7.5 min/mile, 1-1.5 hours, 1 day/wk (Tues)

Vertical training on trails: 11-12 min/mile, 4-7 hours, 1 day/wk (Fri)

How difficult was it for you to meet the carbohydrate and protein requirements given your athletes energy intake and weight goals?
