Topic: How Diet Influences Longevity and Aging
Short Intro
History asserts that nutrition plays a fundamental role when it comes to aging and the total number of years a person lives. However, rarely have scholars done experimental studies to support this claim. Additionally, scientists and other scholars have done few studies to provide a framework to understand whether it is early or current-life diet that plays the most crucial role with regards to aging and longevity. A thorough meta-analysis across various empirical studies may help determine if diet affects lifespan and aging, not to mention the diseases that negatively impact the wellbeing of people.
