Stress is all around us; when one is consumed with high levels of stress and cannot properly manage it, it may be the cause of health issues. Psychosomatic disorders are caused by stress, but also personality and how one deals with stress.

Discuss one example of a psychosomatic disorder and how stress impacts our health. How can one manage stress in a positive way?
