Scientist Spotlights is a worldwide initiative aiming to demystify Science and change students' image that it is only for the stereotypical middle-aged, white, lab-coat-wearing male. The initiative ultimately aims to help students see that Science is for everyone, and all are welcome. This week we will be introduced to the first half of our Scientist Spotlight-related assignment. I have gathered the biographies of different biology scientists, all in the initial stages of their careers. The document I have attached gives you a short snippet of who they are, and their names are linked to the extended version of their biographies. Find someone you want to mention from that list.
