Skills Inventory: Leadership Instrument Resources Website icon Discussion Participation Scoring Guide. This is the first of several discussions in which you will conduct assessments of your leadership skills and competencies.

In your Northouse text, complete the "Skills Inventory: Leadership Instrument," on pages 66-68 (at the end of Chapter 3).
