Read five of the group posts and reply just to the last two questions: would you rely on this test when hiring? and what might be a better way to find out if a job applicant is honest and ethical?
Question 1: What's the worst incident of discrimination/harassment you've witnessed or heard about where you work? If you can't think of one, then for sure you've heard of one from a friend. If you still can't think of one, make something up - no one will know. Please change ALL of the names or I/we could get in trouble. Even worse -- we could lose a donor.
Question 2: Why do you think it happened? -- because one person was just racist/sexist/whateverist -- because the work culture tolerates it -- because the workers don't complain about it?
Question 3: Did a supervisor or manager know about it? How did the management respond, if at all?
Question 4: If you were the manager and the same thing happened, what action would you take to stop it and make sure it doesn't happen again?
You just have to reply to 5 group discussions on the document with: 1) would you rely on this test when hiring? and 2) what might be a better way to find out if a job applicant is honest and ethical? that I am attaching.
