You have covered a lot of material in the first half of this semester. You have also had time to reflect each week on the material as it relate to the real world and your life. For your midterm, take time to select your favorite reading of the semester thus far and further investigate a core concept from the piece.

In a 5  page essay, select a theory or concept that you would like to investigate further. Find 3 journal articles on the topic or by the author of the original concept and explain the following:

1) How did the idea develop?

2) How does this concept manifest when power or oppression is involved?

3) How might it impact leadership practice?

4) List 2 other concepts/ theories to which your selected theory  relates or conflicts.

Your paper should be double spaced and 12-font. A bibliography must be attached and written in APA format.

You can choose a one of the leadership theory by using  a book Leadership enhancing the lessons of experience by Hughes Ginnett Curphy 7th edition.

You can search the theory from chapters 9-10-11-15 and see which one is interesting and follow above direction to write 5 pages plus you can use 3 other resources to complete this paper.
