Assignment:

Once you visit the store, you are required to provide an analysis of their physical evidence as per the following:

STEP 1 - Arrive at the store, enter through the main entrance, and walk around throughout the store. Observe the layout, branding, lighting, sounds, decoration, and fixtures. Look at where the sales register(s) is/are located and how much product is in the store. You may even choose to ask a sales associate about an item or to purchase a product.

STEP 2 - Answer the Following Questions:

1. Location and Flow of Traffic: What did you notice about the location and how the layout affected the flow of traffic? Was it easy to get to where you wanted, find what you were looking for, was there someone to assist you?

2. Store Fixtures and Furniture: What was the fixture like? How did the fixtures influence the shopping experience? Like the shelves, displays, music, etc. did that influence your purchase behaviour? If so, or not, why do you think?

3. Atmosphere of the store: Was there a "feel" to the store? Did you feel it was premium, clean, etc.? Did it have a nice smell, music, etc? Do you think this influenced your perception of the brand or influence your buying decision? If so, or not, why do you think?

4. Overall Rating and Recommendations: What's your overall rating of the store based on what you saw, and what recommendations would you give the store, if you were assigned as their marketing manager?
