At its website (https://www.busreslab.com), the organization offers survey demonstrations, tips, and examples. Some of the examples describe supervisor behaviors, which as described in the chapter, can be linked to employee satisfaction.
Visit this website. In the "Search Results" space type in "Good Bosses." Read some of the examples people have submitted about good supervision. Then read some stories under "Bad Bosses." Finally, answer the following questions.
