Question: How did different plasmid concentrations of heat shock periods affect the transformation efficiency of your bacteria samples? The higher the seconds the more colonies there were. What eyidence suggests that the changes were due to the transformation procedures you performed? W'ith the higher number of seconds there are more colonies compared to sample 3 where there is a low number Does your data support or fail to support your hypothesis {include examples)? I did both. For sample 3 my data did support but for sample 2 my data did fail due to the high number of seconds, but lower number of colonies compared to sample 1
